Pair of large original Chinese paintings on silk in nice gilt frames. Each featuring an outdoor scene with three maidens set against a background with mountains, rocky outcrops and traditional Chinese architecture. Both with calligraphy inscription and red seal in the upper-left corner. Framed and glazed. Lovely decorative pair ready to hang on the wall.

Paintings are in good condition and both were taken out of the frame and professionally cleaned before being photographed. Small area of old water damage along the bottom edge of one of the silk mounts that does not affect the painting itself.

Each measures 55.5×40 cm (including frame)
