Rare Japanese netsuke carved out of hollow stag antler with beautiful surface patina. Depicting Fukurokuju – one of the seven gods of good luck – with his characteristic elongated forehead and holding a fan. Single himotoshi on the back of the figure.

Netsuke is in good antique condition consistent with age and usage. There is an old break with smooth edges at the bottom as per photographs.
