Lovely miniature satsuma pottery vase decorated with a continuous rural landscape featuring a family on a day out. Framed by heavily gilded Greek key and geometric patterns around the base of the foot, shoulder and neck of the vase. Beautifully executed with fine details all around. Marked Kizan 貴山 (Takayama) in gold to the base.

In very good condition with minor age-related rubbing to the gilding as per photographs.
