Gorgeous and well potted small antique Chinese bowl, applied with a beautiful bluish jun type flambé glaze draining to brown tones at the rim and stopping neatly above the flat – slightly concave – foot to reveal the beige body. We have been advised that this could be 15th to 16th century Guangdong example but have so far been unable to find similar piece for reference so please make your own judgement based on the photos provided.
In very good antique condition with only one old chip to the foot as per photographs. Fine age-related crackle in the glaze.
