Antique Chinese Qianlong Period Clobbered Export Porcelain Dish With Dragons and Butterflies. 18th century

Stunning late 18th century Qianlong period blue and white export plate that has been later decorated or ‘clobbered’ in England with bright overglaze enamels featuring two dragons among clouds in the central field, surrounded by butterflies and flowers along the outer edge.  

In good antique condition with a single 6cm hairline extending from the rim. Minor fritting along the edge and crazing visible on the reverse as per photographs. Rubbing to the gilding consistent with age and usage.
