Fine large antique Tibetan butter teapot with beautifully cast makara spout and dragon handle. Lovely details and patina all over indicating that this is most probably a 19th century example. Fantastic quality piece for a collection and very heavy!
In good antique condition consistent with age and usage. Some usual surface marks and minor dents. Part of the inner rim appears to have been repaired at some point. Spout is a bit loose so rivets might need some adjustment but it’s nothing major and teapot displays great.
