Antique Japanese Netsuke of Shojo in the Manner of Nagamachi Shuzan. 19th century

Gorgeous antique 19th century Japanese boxwood netsuke with painted polychrome decoration, very much in the manner of Nagamachi Shuzan. Depicting a Shojo (drunken spirit) with long red hair, carrying a large ladle and with sake cup (sakazuki) for a hat. Himotoshi on the back. Appears to be unsigned with possibly some characters to the base.

In great antique condition with some typical age-related loss of polychrome pigments as per photographs.
