Rare Chinese Ming dynasty gilt-lacquered bronze figure of a Bodhisattva seated on a lotus throne and holding a bowl with two lotus stems rising to the shoulders. Likely depicting Amitayus/Amitābha Buddha. Dating to the late 16th or early 17th century.
