Finely hand-knotted early 20th century Chinese pictorial Baotou (Pao-Tao) rug depicting a scene with symbols of longevity including a crane, a pine tree and a spotted deer. Framed by an intricate geometric border. Three rings on the back for hanging on the wall. Lovely example of its type with nice deep indigo tones.
